We are situated in a pleasant location 28 km from Brno and a short distance from Blansko. Restaurant owner Tomas Ulbrich is mainly a chef, so the main emphasis is on the kitchen. However, he does not forget about gastronomy as a whole, because he knows that the fine details create a pleasant to perfect whole. The team’s, family and independent concept of the restaurant aims to offer quality gastronomy in a pleasant natural environment around the Moravian Karst.
Kitchen dishes are based on the chef’s home and foreign experience, the possibility of using fresh and seasonal ingredients. In the creation of recipes, experience and tradition are trying to incorporate into today’s demands with the help of modern technological adaptations. The goal is not only to satisfy the guests but also to offer an extraordinary gourmet experience so that they leave with a pleasant feeling and a good mood. Up to 60 visitors in the restaurant and 50 others on the terrace can enjoy Czech, foreign and non-traditional dishes and beverages, which are complemented by special offers during the year. He does not forget about a healthy lifestyle. You can always find a selection of vegetarian non-fried (!) and gluten-free dishes and small dishes for cyclists and children.
The kitchen is complemented by a wide range of bars. The thirst will bring a balanced selection of beers from smaller lager breweries and modern IPA beers, homemade lemonade, Moravian wine and energy to deliver professionally prepared Spanish coffee.
